We want to build lasting relationships with real estate agents in our communities and reward them for introducing our homes to their clients. Agents in our program will get updates on our available homes and receive new listings before they hit the MLS.

Our tiered commission structure allows you to earn more for representing the buyer in additional home sales (agent must accompany the buyer from the 1st visit to the closing).

1st Home = 3% commission

2nd Home = 3.5% commission

3rd Home = 4% commission

You could earn...

*4% cap on commission after 3rd transaction. Based on lifetime sales. Tiered commission doesn't apply to sales that occurred before the agent joined the program. Program terms are subject to change without notice.
